HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES
With cold and flu season and rising cases of Covid-19, if you aren't feeling well the day of your appointment, please call the office to switch your appointment to telehealth or to reschedule. Mighty Oak requests that you exercise caution and follow current CDC guidelines. The office is staffed 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
