WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 POLICIES?
We are committed to the health and welfare of our employees and clients. Please switch to telehealth if you are not feeling well. Our office will be staffed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We ask that you follow CDC guidelines and the advice of your medical doctor regarding mask usage. If you feel more comfortable waiting in your car, please call or text the office and we will alert you when you counselor is ready.
What areas of service do you provide?
Our team is trained to help with adolescent behavioral and emotional issues, women’s issues, life transitions, family issues, grief and loss, unhealthy self-worth, stress, anxiety, PTSD, depression, marital and relationship conflict, eating disorders, addictions, abusive recovery, and more.
What is the fee for services?
The initial appointment will last for an hour and costs $168.00. Subsequent appointments will cost $138.00 per 50-60 minute session. Insurance companies that can be billed directly include: Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Caresource, Buckeye, Cenpatico, Frontpath, MedBen, Medical Mutual, Molina, Paramount, and United Health Care. For those wishing to utilize out of network benefits, a claim form will be sent to insurance for client reimbursement.

Are these services confidential?
Mighty Oak Christian Counseling understands that our clients value privacy and is committed to obeying all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding privacy practices including HIPPA. Information will only be released with written authorization which can be revoked at any time by the individual as provided for by law.
